• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We sure do!

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

• Order lost in transit/never received?

  This is most likely a great oversight on our end! Please let us know we will make sure to get your items to you as quickly as we can!

• Can I pick up my items at a convention?

  If the order is received close enough to the convention all you will need to do is let us know and we will package your order and bring it with us to the convention!

  NOTE: Pick-up will only be permitted within the convention's scheduled Artist Alley hours.

• Do you take custom orders for prints, keychains, etc?

• What is Storenvy?

• How do I pay for my order? Is it secure?

  The Storenvy checkout process is powered by both Stripe and PayPal, two of the most trusted online payment solutions on the web. Because of this, Storenvy has all the same securities and payment fraud protection as these leading payment processors. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Diners Club. If paying with PayPal, you may also make payments using your bank account, but this may delay your order.
